Good Afternoon, sorry I've not been around much this week, the dizzy spells have been quite bad again. But, I finally got my ENT appointment yesterday. The clinic was running very late, I had to wait an hour, but it was worth it. I got to see the consultant and he diagnosed Positional Vertigo and did the Eply Maneuver three times, it worked really well and I feel better today than I have been feeling since Christmas. I may have to go to Aberdeen to have this done again, because the ENT people only come to the islands once every two or three months, but it will be worth it.
Any hoo, on to my card. This is for the challenge at Less is More, which this week is to use our punches and die cuts. I have used circle nesties and the lovely new Memory Box heart dies. I bought these because I have been asked to make some wedding samples and I thought this heart set would be quite good for that. The backing card is Papermania Shimmer, the sentiment is from a Woodware Clear wedding set and cut with Spellbinders Just Rite Sentiment tags. I think this is the first card since Christmas that I have managed to make without any snags at all.
I am also entering my card into this week's Make it Monday Challenge, I was thrilled to bits that my Damsel Fly card was picked as feature entry of the week for last week's challenge.
Thank you some much for visiting and leaving me such lovely comments, they really do mean so much

This is lovely Beryl, what a fab fresh green and what a gorgeous die.
ReplyDeleteYou can do the Epley manoeuvre yourself... there are videos on You Tube showing you the positions and the timings.
I've done it myself many times whenever I get a recurrence of the condition.
Let's hope it stays clear for a while.
Thanks so much
Chrissie

ReplyDeleteThis is the kind of die you often see used with white on white but I love the green treatment you given it! I'm so pleased you've been diagnosed and had some treatment. I really hope it does the trick for you - I've heard the vertigo can go after one treatment sometimes. Congratulations on the MiM featured entry card too. Vicky x
