A Tassell!

Good Evening, my card today is for the challenge at CD Sunday - Tassell Time.  The fan is from Joanna Sheen's Fashion Boutique cd, the bp is Cuddly Buddly, everything else comes from my stash.  Not overly happy with it, but it is an extra card for the box
