This is the first card that I have made for almost two weeks. The back pain is starting to improve so I thought I would have a go at Rainbow Lady's
challenge this week. I started with two large stamps one was an Hero Arts swirley one, and the other was Anita's fluer-de-lie. I inked them up with my brayer using the Kaliedacolour Desert Heat inkpad. Then just cut out some squares, which I mounted onto copper holographic card. I was really stumped for the background until I remembered that I had recently bought a Glimmer Mist spray from Graphicus. I added the two colours of ribbon from my stash which were closest in colour to the Desert Heat inkpad. I'm not overly happy with it but it was quite a simple card to make in order to get myself moving again.

Don't know why you don't like it Beryl I love it. The glimmer mists make all the difference to any card I think and I love the squares and the swirls. Thanks for playing

I love it Beryl - I wonder if it hasn't turned out quite the way you had in mind and that's why you're not overly happy with it? As it is, I think you've done a great job.

Beryl I adore this card. The colouring, the layout it just sings. I hope it has grown on you -if not, I could give it a good home. :)
