Anyway, I did manage to make a Less is More Challenge card yesterday, this week Chrissie and Mandi have asked for a One Layer Card and the theme is Birds. I looked out my old Kingfisher stamp by Peronal Impressions, stamped onto watercolour card with Ranger Black Archival ink and then coloured with watercolour pencils and a waterbrush. I am not overly happy with it, but was not up to redoing it.

Have you tried the Epley manoeuvre for your vertigo? You can see it demonstrated on You Tube... it worked for me!
