I got lucky this week with Rainbow Lady's Challenge - Wheels. I have had this topper made for ages and never found a use for it. The image is from Stamp Addicts as is the Checkered Flag, which is stamped onto shrink plastic, and I have no idea what I coloured in with, but looking at the finish it wasn't Promarkers. The cardstock and papers are from my stash. I made the card a couple of weeks ago for my DD to send to her Grandad at the beginning of next month.
