Normal service resumed - I hope

I've been back from my holiday for well over a week now and this is the first time I have even looked at my blog. My back has been playing up and I have had a case of the post holiday blues, hopefully that is all behind me now - until the next time. I had a wonderful time and the picture on the left is of the three grandchildren I visited this trip. Unfortunately the youngest doesn't know who I am yet (she is only18 months old) so we couldn't get a pic of me with them. There will be a pic of the last one of 7 later this year as I will be seeing her in September.
I have only just managed to get back into cardmaking as well and this one is just in time for Rainbow Lady's Challenge this week asking for frames on your card.
The bp is from my Graphicus Guild pack, the stamp is from a Sheena Douglas unmounted plate and the flowers are from my craft box. It's the first time I have done any paperpricking in ages, I came across my stencils whilst trying to sort out all of my stuff in order to try and get some inspiration to get back into the swing of things and decided to have a play with them. I am quite pleased with the result.
Thank you for visiting my blog and if you would like to leave a comment please do as I appreciate every single one.

  10. Beryl, glad to see you back and glad you had a nice holiday. Sorry to hear you've not got a bad back. It's horrible to be in pain. What a lovely card this is. I keep telling myself that fluorish stamp is HORRIBLE but it's not staying in my head and I think I'll have to have it very soon. Take care, Kym xxx
