Friday Sketchers


I am posting a second card today for a different challenge. This one is a fantastic sketch for Friday Sketchers, I love doing the sketches because of the different layouts that I wouldn't of thought of. The card is a very simple one using an image and co-ordinating backing papers from the Joanna Sheen/Jane Netley-Mayhew cd. As the card is for a lady I picked these gorgeous flamingos. I finished off the card with white ribbon and the recipient's name. I used silver peel off letters coloured black and mounted onto white and black cardstock cut from my nestabilities.     Another stunner Beryl. There are flamingos on the salt lake not too far from where we live but they aren't nearly so pretty as these ones. x
