Valentine


Today's card hopefully fits the bill for two challenges. Firstly Cute Card Thursday which is for a Valentine's Card. The other challenge is for the new Sketch and Stash callenge which is to follow the sketch and use something new or neglected from your crafting stash on your card. The stamp comes from Elusive Images (Glenda) and her gorgeous Harlequin Rose stamp sheet, there are some fabulous stamps in this set. It's the very first time I have used any of these stamps, I coloured the rose with watercolour pencils, using them like crayons and then blended with a water brush. All the papers have come from my stash - it's surprising what you find when you open boxes and files for the first time in ages. I have no idea where any of it came from.     Wow Beryl I do love this card it is not soppy and that sentiment and Rose is lovely. I love the layout but most of all I just love the colours.
